Cancellation
Policy
Refunds
are available for all of Red Hat's training courses, provided that cancellation
notice is received at least three working days before the class begins.
The percentage of the course tuition to be refunded depends
on the length of the notice given, as follows:
-
2 working days or less - no refund (eg the Thursday or Friday
before a Monday course)
-
3-5 working days - 50% refund (eg the Monday to Wednesday
before a Monday course)
-
6-9 working days - 75% refund (eg the week prior to the week
before the course)
-
10 working days or more - 100% refund (eg more than two weeks
notice)
Substitutions
are allowed up until the beginning of the first day of the course after
which the enrolment
fee
is forfeit.
