Cancellation Policy

A 50% surcharge of the course fees will be billed upon cancellation made within 14 days prior to the course commecement.

FULL course fee will be billed for NO SHOW cases.

Postponement will not be entertained unless the reason is work related* or in case of personal family emergencies**.

*The Approving Authority from the Sponsoring Company will have to write in officially to verify.

**The attendee may be asked to submit documents of proof. Otherwise, full payment of course fees is to be in receipt by the first day of course commencement.

Substitutions are allowed up until the beginning of the first day of the course after which the enrolment fee is forfeit.
